The Zoologist is an NPC in the 1.4 update to the game that sells you different items every time you hit a milestone in the bestiary. The Zoologist can't show up in the console versions of Terraria. To get the Zoologist in your world you must complete 10% of the bestiary. The Zoologist sell more this if she is in the Forest with the Witch doctor.
