The Tiki Totem is a item that is purchased from the Witch Doctor. The totem summons a Tiki Spirit which appears over the player's head.

- The spirit which the totem spawns is quite possibly a reference to Aku-Aku from the Crash Bandicoot series (Aku Aku is originally a mythical monster from Easter Island).
