A Star is an item that instantly restores 100 mana when picked up. These drop from any monster while the player who kills them has any amount of mana missing. Multiple Stars up to 3 stars can drop from enemies. They can also be spawned from Star Statues. It cannot be put in the inventory, as it instead adds 100 mana upon picked up. Not to be confused with the Fallen Star as it stays during the day, or the Mana Crystal, even though they look virtually identical. Celestial Magnet, Celestial Emblem, and Celestial Cuffs can be used to increase pickup range for mana stars.

- The mana star will be replaced with the Sugar Plum during Christmas.
- The mana star will be swapped out with the Soul Cake during Halloween.
- Star Statues drop Mana Stars when wired and activated.
- Restored amount increased from 50 to 100.
- Sprite looks now nearly identical to the Mana Crystal, which replaced the old purplish one.
- Added to the game.
