The Spectre Bar is a bar that is made from two Chlorophyte Bars and one Ectoplasm. It can be crafted at either an Adamantite or Titanium Forge, depending on which ore you got from smashing a Demon Altar. It is used in crafting the high-tier Spectre Armor Set, as well as other spectre tools and gear.
