Snowballs are thrown weapons. They can be thrown on their own, or they can be used as ammo for the Snowball Cannon. They can be crafted out of Snow Blocks at a rate of one block for fifteen snowballs.

- Snowballs are some of the easiest ranged weapons to obtain early game, but they are soon outmatched by a bow or a boomerang.

- The snowball is the least damaging weapon in Terraria.
