The Shield of Cthulhu is one of the accessories added in the Terraria 1.3 update. It is dropped from a Treasure Bag that drops from the Eye of Cthulhu in Expert Mode. It allows the player to dash into enemies much like the Tabi except not going as far and doing damage when colliding with an enemy. When hitting an enemy with the Shield of Cthulhu, the player and enemy get knocked back. It can have any normal accessory prefix such as menacing.
Notes[]
- You cannot dash while riding a mount.
- The indirect upgrade could be the Solar Flare Armor's set bonus, as it does more damage but doesn't require any accessory slots.
- You cannot dash whilst over 60mph.
