The Sandstorm in a Balloon is an accessory that gives the player the abilities of both the Sandstorm in a Bottle and the Shiny Red Balloon, including double jumping and a higher jump limit.
When used in conjunction with either the Angel Wings or Demon Wings, Spectre Boots, Lightning Boots or Rocket Boots, etc. you can ascend much faster than normal, allowing you to reach even higher elevations.
