Rusted Company Standards can be found in The Dungeon. They are banners, a decorative item placed in the background, similar to paintings, however, must be hung from the ceiling instead. They also signal when you enter an area where Rusty Armored Bones, Ragged Casters, and Skeleton Snipers spawn in the Dungeon. When entering this area the background will change and spiked balls will spawn.
