The Rune Hat is a Vanity Item that is equipped to the Helmet slot. It is dropped by the Rune Wizard and is paired with the Rune Robe. When both items of the set are equipped, the player's sprite pulsates and leaves behind a glowing yellow-green trail at their feet when they run.
