The Purple Slime is a Slime variant that can be quite rarely found on the surface, but is usually found in the Underground biome. It is bigger than any normal Slime.
Notes[]
- Purple Slimes will be passive unless they are attacked or encountered deep enough underground or at night.
- In late Hardmode, these Slimes will be quite rare to see, as large parts of the world are converted to either Corruption or Crimson, and Hallow, with their respective Slimes replacing them.

- Can now carry bonus drops. Can now drop its own respective banner.
- Now floats in liquids and doesn't make a splash sound when hitting water.
