The Necro Helmet is an armor crafted from 40 Bones and 40 Cobwebs at a Work Bench. It is placed in the head slot and provides 5 defense. If equipped in conjunction with the corresponding parts of the Necro Armor set, it grants a 20% chance not to consume ammo. It is interchangeable with the Ancient Necro Helmet for the full set bonus.
