The Nail is ammo for the Nail Gun. It can be purchased from the Arms Dealer or the Merchant when you have a Nail Gun in your inventory. Nailhead drops around 30 Nails with the Nail Gun.
Nails stick to surfaces and then explode after a short period of time.
They can stick to enemies and then detonate shortly thereafter, causing a small AOE capable of harming grouped enemies. However, they do not stick to players in PVP, rendering them almost useless.
