The Rough Bed is an item that can be created at a Work Bench by using 15 Wood. It MUST be placed inside the homes of NPCs for them to move into the house. It replaces the need for a chair or other comfort items. Bear in mind that this bed may only be used for NPCs, and does not actually change the players spawn point, meaning that you would still require a bed to change your spawn point. The Rough Bed has the same dimensions as the Bed.
