The Meat Grinder is a type of crafting station that can be used to turn 2 Crimstone Blocks into Flesh Blocks. The player can acquire the Meat Grinder as a rare drop from Herplings, Crimslimes, Crimson Axes, and Floaty Grosses. This is a Hardmode item as the only monsters that drop it are only found in Hardmode.

With the addition of the Decay Chamber added in 1.4 version, enemies from the Corruption may also drop the Meat Grinder as well, with the same 0.5% drop chance, and it acts as a crafting station for the new Lesion Blocks.
