The Honey Comb is an accessory item that is dropped by the Queen Bee. With this equipped, friendly bees will spawn when the player is damaged and attack nearby monsters, doing around 3-7 damage. After killing a monster, the bees will despawn or fly away if there are no more monsters around.

- This accessory and its upgrades (Bee Cloak, Sweetheart Necklace and Honey Balloon) use the same bees shot by the Bee Gun, and can be affected by magic buffs, and trigger Spectre Armor's set bonus.
