The Hammush is a hammer that is sold by the Truffle in the 1.2 update. When swung, the hammer releases a short range cloud of spores that are capable of dealing damage to enemies through walls, similar to the Mushroom Spear. The spores even look like Glowing Mushrooms, but are transparent and have an effect around them.

- It is a reference to the fan webcomic The Legend of Maxx, specifically Comic 74.
- The sprite resembles a mushroom version of the War Axe of the Night.

- When melee speed increase is around (or exact) 52%, one of the mushrooms is misplaced (tested with Frost Leggings, Violent Power Glove, Violent Feral Claws and Violent Fire Gauntlet).
