Grass Seeds can be planted in dirt to grow Grass, which will slowly spread to adjacent Dirt blocks. This is a great way to make a Tree/Mushroom farm inside of your house. They can be bought from a Dryad. Unlike other seeds, once the Grass Seeds have been planted on either Dirt or Mud the Grass will spread on to other nearby Dirt or Mud blocks.
Notes[]
- Grass Seeds planted below "Level" on the Depth Meter/GPS will not grow grass or Mushrooms.
- Grass Seeds are rendered obsolete once you obtain the Staff of Regrowth, due to it automatically growing Grass without a cost.
