The Gold Shortsword is the fourth tier of shortswords that can be crafted. Its swing speed is very fast, but has a substantially small hitting range compared to the Gold Broadsword.
Like all shortswords, the Gold Shortsword can only hit targets directly to the left or right of your character, thus making it rather useless against airborne monsters.
