The Flower of Fire is a Spell that allows the player to hurl fireballs. These fireballs follow an arc and bounce off blocks five times before disappearing. The fireballs can pass through lava; however they are slightly slowed and completely smothered by water. The Flower of Fire is a weapon that can only be found in Shadow Chests. If summoned horizontally and not in any liquid, the Flower of Fire moves at approximately the same speed as a player running at maximum speed with Hermes Boots.

- Even though the Flower of Fire's damage is very high, it is not very useful against extremely mobile enemies, such as Bat or Demons, due to its lack of precision, slow traveling speed, and its inability to damage multiple monsters with one attack.
- The fireballs are able to fit through one block wide spaces, but it may be difficult to aim with such precision.
- The fireballs do not pass downward through platforms.
- The Flower of Fire does not work when the player is underwater.
- This (along with the Cursed Flames) both produce a projectile that will bounce around, perfectly suited to confined spaces.
Trivia[]
- The spell itself is a reference to the Fire Flower from the Super Mario games, where the fireballs thrown act in a similar manner.
- The Flower of Fire has the same look as Nature's Gift and Jungle Rose, but the color of the flower is bright red.
