The Flask of Party is a type of potion that can be crafted with Bottled Water and five Confetti at an Imbuing Station. When used, melee attacks cause confetti to appear, much like Party Bullets and the Confetti Gun. The Flask of Party has no other effect than the confetti. Flask of Party is also commonly dropped from Pigronata.
