Evil Presence is a painting obtainable from the Painter during the Blood Moon. It depicts a very evil-looking eyeball, possibly a Demon Eye, Wandering Eye, The Twins or the Eye of Cthulhu, because the message "You feel an evil presence watching you..." appears as a warning that the Eye of Cthulhu will be naturally summoned. The Merchant also says "I feel an evil presence watching me." when the conditions to spawn the Eye of Cthulhu naturally are met.
