The following monsters can be found in one or more parts of the surface, which is defined as anywhere above sea level in height. This includes monsters found far away from the spawn point, in Deserts, high in the sky (such as on a Floating Island), in Surface Jungles, and in parts of the Corruption and Hallowed biomes that are located in the surface.
