The Book of Skulls is a spell tome which shoots skulls that leave a flame trail behind them. These skulls will pass through enemies up to three times. In addition, they will copy the movement pattern of the player who fired them to a certain extent, although they do have their own velocity and will fly as normal should the player be moving straight up or down, or not at all.

- Mana cost reduced from 22 to 18.

- Damage decreased (35 to 28), mana use increased (12 to 22), pierce decreased from 3 to 2 (now dissipates on third hit).
