The Bezoar is a rare accessory dropped by Hornets in the Underground Jungle. They can also be obtained by killing Toxic Sludge monsters in the underground.
When equipped by the player, it grants full immunity to the poison debuff.
It is crafted with the Adhesive Bandage to form the Medicated Bandage, one of the components of the Ankh Charm.
